Terms of Sale

Scope

These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made by consumers on barraudshop.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Sale, the Shipping Policy, and the Return & Refund Policy.

Products

Product descriptions, prices, and availability are displayed on the relevant product pages. We take reasonable care to present products accurately. Minor visual differences caused by screen settings, lighting, or the natural character of decorative materials do not affect the essential characteristics described on the product page.

Prices and Currency

All prices are displayed in EUR (€). Prices include applicable French VAT. Standard shipping is free for all eligible deliveries within Metropolitan France. The final price is shown before you submit your order.

Payment

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Payment is processed securely at checkout. An order is accepted only after payment authorisation has been received.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation summarises the order details. We may contact you if additional information is required to process the order.

Invoices

An invoice is provided for each order.

Delivery

Delivery is available only in Metropolitan France, subject to the exclusions stated in our Shipping Policy. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivery normally takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Tracking information is provided after dispatch.

Right to Return, Refunds, and Exchanges

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order. BARRAUD FLEURS covers standard return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 3 business days after the returned item has been received and checked, using the original payment method. Exchanges are accepted subject to availability. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If an item is damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us promptly at support@barraudshop.com. BARRAUD FLEURS will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer rights.

Minors

Our products are sold to consumers. Customers under 18 years old must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian before placing an order.

Applicable Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that may apply.
