Delivery Area

We ship only to Metropolitan France. We do not deliver to Corsica, French overseas departments or territories, other islands, military bases, or sensitive addresses.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is free for all orders delivered within Metropolitan France. No additional shipping, handling, or delivery charge is applied at checkout.

Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order processing cut-off time is 4:00 PM, France time, on business days. Orders placed after this time are normally processed from the next business day.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared and processed within 1 to 3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in France.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days within Metropolitan France. The total estimated time from order placement to delivery is normally 4 to 8 business days.

Tracking information is provided after your order has been dispatched. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.
