Return & Refund Policy

BARRAUD FLEURS accepts returns for all items purchased through barraudshop.com. This policy applies to orders delivered within Metropolitan France.

30-Day Return Period

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order. You do not need to provide a reason for your return.

How to Request a Return

1. Email support@barraudshop.com within 30 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number, the email address used for the order, and the item or items you wish to return.
3. We will send you return instructions and arrange standard return shipping at our cost.
4. Pack the item securely and send it using the instructions provided.

Return Shipping Costs

BARRAUD FLEURS covers standard return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide the correct return instructions.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and checked, we process the refund within 3 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to display the refunded amount in your account.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted, subject to availability. Please contact us with your order number and the item you would like to exchange. If a replacement is unavailable, we will offer a refund.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or has an item missing, contact us promptly at support@barraudshop.com. Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs of the item and packaging. BARRAUD FLEURS is responsible for providing an appropriate solution, including replacement or refund where applicable.
