You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.
• Custom or special items cannot be returned.

Return Shipping Costs Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Exchanges Exchanges are accepted for eligible items under the same conditions.
