Where do you deliver?
We deliver only to Metropolitan France. Corsica, French overseas departments or territories, other islands, military bases, and sensitive addresses are excluded.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free for all orders delivered within Metropolitan France.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Yes. Tracking information is provided once your order has been dispatched.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. We cover standard return shipping costs.
